Upon full payment, you own final deliverables unless otherwise specified. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for lawful use of your customer data.
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees for delivered milestones remain due.
